The host requires you complete the following before checking out: Gather used towels Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash Turn off the lights and lock the doors Please lock doors and return key to the lockbox Do not make up used beds Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host. All dogs must be approved by owner in writing. If a dog is left unattended on the property for over 2 hrs, renter will forfeit security deposit. No pitbull or Brindle terrier or mix of any kind are allowed on the property. If one is caught on property, renter will forfeit security deposit. A valid driver's license, that matches the renter's name must be sent with booking request. A cell phone number must be added to traveler profile.
